XGNz-12 Box-type fixed metal-enclosed box switchgear cabinet is developed and designed of
high voltage switchgear assembly by us. The cubicle framework is made of C profiles and G
profiles with pleasing outline, which facilitates production control and shortens production
period.
XGNz-12 switchgear is a protective fixed metal-enclosed box switchgear,which can widely
used in high voltage motor with moving, switching operation and other occasions. It can be
frequent operation, no explosions, fires and other dangerous.

Main characteristics
This switchgear is metal-enclosed box switchgear, the cubicle framework is made of C pro-
files and G profiles, inside cubicle is use metal plates divided into circuit breaker room,
busbar room, cable room and relay room. And user can observe the operation of the main
components of the cabinet through the observation window and the lights on the facade.
According to the cabinet layout, the front upper part is relay room, inside room can be in-
stalled relay, the door can be installed un-signal realy, indicating instrument, signal lamp,
switches can be installed in the operating room. The back upper part is busbar room, the
back lower part is cable room which can be easily wiring. The front part is circuit breaker
room, which can be convenient for switchgear maintenance. Protection class IPzX

z. It using rotary isolating switch, this isolating switch will rotate conductor to earth on seg-
mented. position, that is、 to form a “metal separation”(two docking interface) between the
charged body (main bus) and the isolated conductors(charged body can only discharge phase to phase or tolike circuit breakers). At this time, the earth, without affecting the isolation conductor, thus ensuring the satety of the maintenance personnel.
3. The wiring terminals of cable shall have a distance of 60o-8oomm from the ground as to
tacuitate the making, mounting, mounting and maintaining of the cable. i ower rubber
gasket is used to seal between cable compartment and cable chute as to prevent dampness
or small animals from entering the cubicle via the chute.
4. Compulsory mechanical locking method is employed in the interlocks among main switch-
es, disconnectors, earthing switches and cubicle door to meet the “five-proof” interlock
function. During the design of driven operation of disconnectors and main switches, me-
chanical interlock device is also considered. The device is operated with easy structure and
reliable action.
